Can I keep my existing business number?
Yes. You can forward your existing business line to your Meadow number. Forwarding options and carrier charges depend on your provider; we can help you check the setup before you switch it on.
What does Meadow need to get started?
Create a workspace, add your business hours, services, FAQs and staff, then review the receptionist's greeting. A paid plan is required to connect a business phone number. Check your setup with a test call before sending customers to it.
Do I need Google Calendar?
No. Meadow has its own calendar for staff availability and appointments. Google Calendar is optional. Google is still reviewing Meadow's calendar permissions, so new connections may show a warning or be subject to Google's access limits.
Will it book or change appointments without confirmation?
Meadow reads back the appointment details and asks for confirmation before booking, rescheduling or canceling. When it cannot safely complete a request, it can take a message for your team instead.
What happens when the team cannot pick up?
Meadow can take a message and leave a follow-up in your workspace. Calls that cannot reach the receptionist can use voicemail. Review your transfer and fallback settings as part of setup.
How does billing work?
Choose monthly billing or pay for a year upfront. Included minutes reset monthly on either option. Additional voice usage is $0.89 per minute. Prices are in USD, before applicable taxes. You can cancel renewal in your billing settings; access continues through the paid period.
Who is Meadow for?
Meadow is designed for US small businesses that need help answering inbound calls, managing messages and scheduling appointments. It is not an emergency service. Healthcare and medical workflows are not supported in this release.
